Sometimes, marketing is just about making things easy for people who already want what you’re offering.

Here are some simple everyday things I like to do to reduce friction in my marketing:

→ Use automatic calendar booking (like Calendly) to skip back-and-forth emails.
→ Share pricing info upfront on your website – no more guessing games.
→ Keep lead forms short & sweet – ask only what’s truly needed.
→ Place clear and visible CTAs in the website’s menu bar – help users find what they need quickly.
→ Keep landing pages jargon-free – make it crystal clear what the product does and cut what’s unnecessary.

It’s just as important to think about removing barriers as it is to think about creating positive influence.
